Being a teacher should not stop learning because the challenge of teaching will always be there to keep up with the times.
The success of teachers in teaching and educating their students is largely determined by the way the teacher teaches in the classroom, the positive response from the students while the teacher is one of the indicators of teacher success in the classroom because with the positive response the student becomes comfortable in receiving lessons from his teacher so most likely the transfer science will happen well.
To get a positive response from students the teacher must reflect on the way he teaches, the reflection can be peer observation, learning recording, self-help reporting, and collaborative diaries and learning journals.
The purpose of doing this reflection to know which of the learning process that has been going on that needs to be improved. For example, the methodology of the delivery of materials, whether there are notes on the content side of the lesson or the way teachers interact with students during the learning process.
It is hoped that by accustoming to reflect on each learning will become a more reflective teacher, so the teacher will not be easy to judge students if there are students who did not pass a certain competence because maybe the mistake is on the learning process done by the teacher, not on the student.
