I am not sure we will see something like that with the Witness but we certainly are going to see that with the Master Nodes. The idea behind MIRA is to reduce the cost, hence decentralize the nodes. Each application could have its own node that others, if they wanted, could access.
I used the EOS example to show what we are doing with the currencies on here. STEEM is only one currency that will have value. We are going to see others, some that might be worth more than STEEM.
Hmm, are you refering to a steem based token? Honestly, at this point it's really hard to imagine seeing some steembased token being more valued than steem.
