The token is moving up because this is one of the more aggressive communities at burning tokens and making sure the supply of it is tight.
There were only 4.7M to start and we are now close to 4M. The community keeps growing with over 4,000 accounts holding LEO. This is one of the tokens that seeks to move up in price simply because the team behind it is focusing upon expanding the usage on the tribe while supporting the token.
