LAUGHTER AND SERIOUSNESS

I consider that a balanced person is identified as having a similar proportion of seriousness and laughter. It is clear, that it is decorated with nuances of the personality of each one.

In that sense, it seems to me that it is brought by the hair that some groups of professionals promote laughter without restrictions, that is to say that they promote "laughing for laugh".

Thus, in different parts of the world, one encounters social groups, meeting somewhere only to "laugh" without any reason. that in the long run can only result in a kind of anesthesia for the moment, a temporary solution that lacks the naturalness to authentically brighten the soul.

That type of therapy, can be questionable, because in my opinion the AUTHENTIC HEALTHY LAWS, THE ONE THAT DOES GOOD TO THE MIND AND THE SOUL, is the laugh that meets two conditions:

First, it must be spontaneous
Second, it must not affect third parties.

I say this because we live in a culture that is very used to laugh at others and regardless of the susceptibility of others, it is common to make fun of people because of their appearance, their age, their sexual choice or because of some physical impediment that they have

I will not say anything about the comic programs in which the characters to make laugh ridicule themselves or make fun of others who in turn are exposed to it if they are involved in the world of show business, as long as they do not rush with anyone and Do not be vulgar, good.

I speak mostly of laughter in everyday life, there are circumstances in which laughter simply does not fit, one thing is to laugh at a joke where someone is said to have slipped, and another thing is if for example an older gentleman, truthful it slides with a banana peel for more than the fall has been spectacular, laughing means that our malign idiocy is surfacing.

On the other hand, it is not good to make fun of the appearance of someone who is seen on the street, because his outfit seems quirky or because they think that his face is similar to that of Freddie Kruger.

The laughter that comes from stupidity or catatonic propensity can never be healthy, the evil laughter of someone who committed some fault or crime and is glad not to be discovered, is not funny at all.

That is why if you are going to encourage laughter, these professionals should try to make it laugh: HEALTHY, that is, natural laughter, that which makes us well, that does not affect the sensitivity of others; How is it going to be a healthy laugh when one mocks another?

Within each of us we have a conscience that knows how to distinguish good from bad very well, so make no mistake, healthy laughter has nothing to do with the laughter of the fool who does not know how to put himself in the place of the other, who does not he cares to ridicule another and hurt feelings.

Promote the "laugh for laugh" without setting limits that establish that there are times when laughter does not fit, I think it is risk to create "bobalicones in series". And it seems to me that in this world we have enough of those people.

.
It is also time to claim "seriousness" as a necessary characteristic of every intelligent person, since focusing life seriously allows us to develop our capacity for analysis with respect to the problems that the world poses to us.

A guy who sees everything laughing is unlikely to have the ability to for example get rid of media manipulation.

In general, as I said at the beginning, a balanced person must have both characteristics, his part of good humor; expression of a healthy and positive attitude with a laugh limited to the propitious moments; and on the other hand his side of seriousness that does not imply of course, walking with the stern gesture all the time.

I think that is good to clarify, because there will be plenty of people who want to caricature our concepts and will say that we are proposing to walk bitter all day. Of course not, the expression of each one must be spontaneous, natural. And it is also understood, of course, that not walking with the smile on all day will be considered that we are facing the happiest person in the world. Most times those are just masks of appearance that society imposes.

So, nothing like being natural and having your moments of seriousness and your moments to laugh.
