At first glance belacan look like Timphan or pepes fish 
this food is often made side dish in lunch with hot rice....
the main composition of belacan is grated coconut, chillies, lemongrass, coriander, cumin, turmeric, onion and garlic ... and there is also a small fish or shrimp
