The case of a forty-year-old from this article should give a thought to each of us, because practically everyone makes the same mistake as he does!

A 40 Year old Man reported to the ophthalmologist with serious symptoms. One eye has been damaged by vitreous (unfortunately this gelatinous substance does not regenerate). The patient was ill-looking, and in time he saw more and more black spots in his field of vision. The doctor's diagnosis was shattered - It was cancer.

Ophthalmologists are alarming that more and more patients suffer from malignant neoplasms caused by Blue light. At present we are exposed to continuous contact with this type of radiation, eg by installing energy-saving LED lighting.

We do harm ourselves - TVs, laptops, cell phones ... It all contributes to the development of cancer of the eye. This was also the case with the aforementioned 40-year-old who used to browse the news on his own phone while lying in bed.

How to avoid such Circumstances ??
To protect your eyes, you should use the computer with glasses with a proper filter.

While looking at the Phone at night times or under Dark light, Make sure you turn the Brightness to lower level or just put it to Auto Brightness mode.

Or else it is better to use Night Mode option that is available in almost all Mobile phones.

What this option makes is, it applies a red filter on your screen so that blue light is restricted from the screen. (If you don't have such a option in your phone, then you can try downloading special red filter apps from Google playstore).

As soon as we have the opportunity, let's look at the green trees, not the blue screen. This is very good for our health too.
