I know your pain. I soak them in powered dishwasher soap and hot water and that usually gets 95% of everything to slide out. Then whats left I scrape off with a piece of wire from a notebook because it is easy to get into the proper shape. I know that there are products out there but why buy them if you have everything you need sitting around already.
The big thing is to make sure to rinse them very well or everything will taste like soap.
