There is absolutely no difference between hemp and cannabis. Hemp is cannabis sativa, calling a very slight variation based not on the plant growth but purely on it's thc content, which there is absolutely no guarantee that it is less than the 0.3% stipulation for "hemp". It's all cannabis, and the only confusion exists to demonize a la 1930's reefer madness propaganda the fact that people have been smoking it for millenia.
