I heard Nevada or, at least Las Vegas, just legalized it. It won't be long before the Feds have to give in on this fight.
I don't use it, but I don't see locking people up for it, either.

The feds are over it, it's in the hands of the state. Just dont cross state to state....lol.
Yes, the feds - for the most part - don't have the reach they need to enforce it, nation-wide.
I live on the border between Oregon & Idaho. It's "legal" in Oregon, but not Idaho - yet. May never be, in Idaho. Thing is - it's highly discouraged by the county govts. in Eastern Oregon, right now. It's an odd situation, for the time being. As time goes on, I can only hope that we do not continue to waste our resources and time on the punishment of pot-smokers. There are much greater concerns, IMHO.
