I do agree with you. I am speaking more about states enacting legislation by the people of their home states. Each state should do what Washington state, Colorado, Alaska, DC and Oregon have done. The feds simply do not have the resources to enforce their federal laws when the states tell the feds to pound sand. Nullification is the key. Thanks!

Very true. The feds only have power because the states give it to them for federal money. Taxation is theft.
