What the "Powers that be" in the German govt are unaware of, Govt/Commercial cannabis is significantly lower quality than what can be produced at home with the proper education. I personally cannot use most of what is available through dispensaries here, in the USA. Ask the Canadians how they feel about the quality of govt cannabis.

the best thing about this law is that it can be cultivated without a license but always and when it is for medicinal use, since a recreational use is not approved
