Last week i have gone to Toyota for my car's quarter checkup where they changed the old car oil and check for possible defects. But during the week , i have noticed that there is an unusual sound that i hear from the air conditioning area. And so i find time to get back to Toyota so i could inform them about my problem and so it was lightly checked and informed me to go back on Friday since they do have a lot of pending works. Then i have requested a reserved slot so i could have a priority number for Friday.
On Friday morning where i arrived really early to the site so my priority number will not be revoked since it is necessary to be on time or else i will be considered as a walk-in. As i go inside, i can see that i am ahead of other customers where we can see many empty seats.
I then proceed to customer service so they could work on my concern. They have checked my car's mileage and re-check again the problem before they encode it to their system so technicians can start working on it. As per customer service by Saturday my car will be ready and that the problem will be fixed by then.
Since i have still extra time, i did check their display area for TRD Racer Team where we can see customized rim and bumper.
They do have promos for this month for Toyota VIOS and offer Trade In as well. Both are good options for new customers.
I have checked some vehicles also with their prices.
Toyota INNOVA around 1.6 Million
Toyota FORTUNER around 1.7 Million.
Toyota FJ Cruiser around 2 Million
Toyota Hi-Ace around 1.8 Million
I still stick to Toyota since its cheap and quality.
I guess i'll be back this Saturday to pick up my car.
