Anoche en Caracas llovió torrencialmente y creció mucho el nivel de las quebradas . Según los comentarios de varias personas en redes sociales recordaba a eventos anteriores de gran magnitud. Y también ya se haba de dos adolescente fallecidas por el crecimiento de las quebradas.
Buen porque la lluvia hace falta,pero que pena por las adolescentes fallecidas y sus familias.
