Doing exactly what it says on the tin, Hug Your Cat Day is another excuse to hug your cat (as if you needed that). On Sunday 4 June, cat owners dutifully hugged their Toms, Smudges and Duchess Ethelburgas and posted the moments online. And while some kitties gave in and took one for the team, others made it clear that weren’t happy being manhandled by their loving owners.
