Hello Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

It's Saturday, once again... and that's my favorite day of the week because that means CATURDAY! Time to celebrate the day with lots and lots of cat and kitten photos!

This is my box. What of it?

It's rainy and windy outside, and the Hoomans are busy with all their "home chores," so I am feeling a little bit bored. Earlier, we tried to have a photo session... but you know how it goes with cats: Unless it is MY idea, I'm not likely to cooperate!

Be we had a lot of fun and I did get quite a few treats!

Not that I can be bribed with treats, mind you. Just saying...

Mostly I I just want to be in my box and left alone to nap in peace!

We have several fancy cat beds, but I really prefer plain old boxes with just a towel or a sweatshirt. But it amuses the Hoomans to see if they can "find a bed the cat actually LIKES."

This perfectly lovely box sits permanently on the corner of the Dad-Hooman's desk. As it should be!

Anyway, we have been working on ways to make a little more time for the Curator Cat blog... and also ways to make the Curator part a little more effective.

This involved spreading a lot of cat hair around the keyboard and monitor, so as to better impart the true essence of cat.

Seriously, though, with all these new "tribes" and tokens, it seems likely that there will be a Curator Cat "curation only" account in my future, so I can distribute my upvotes to deserving creative contributors in a more meaningful way... without running out of voting power.

A desk without cat hair is just not a desk!

I do take a fairly serious interest in my blog! And that often involves photo sessions that include keyboards, monitors and cat butts! Mostly mine. More of that to come, in future installments: "How to photograph cats!"

In the meantime, I'm just going to head back to my box and enjoy the rest of my Caturday!
