With this post, I hope that new members could get answers to their questions. This is not a change of rules.

An important thing to know is that with the drop in STEEM and SBD prices, my SP is much lower now and when I upvoted early to get a vote value of $0.03 -

1 it required a high % of SP
2 it drifted to a lower $ value and I'll have to unvote and then re-vote

This might not affect your posts, but, for newbies, their posts might not get any vote $ value.

This also affects upvoting of comments. I much prefer to encourage people to make meaningful comments by upvoting them. But, to make sure the votes will count, I'll have to wait a few days due to decreasing $ values of my SP.
