Otra maravilla más de cerveza que tuve la suerte de probar en la Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen.
En esta ocasión se trababa de una cerveza con 10 años de antigüedad, mezcla de blends con uno, dos y tres años de maduración en barricas de roble, para terminar conviviendo en la fermentación en botella hasta ser degustada.

El resultado es una cerveza compleja y elegante. El sabor es una combinación de toques ácidos, cítricos, herbáceos e incluso matices picantes que terminan con una explosión de sabor a frutas de hueso maduros.
No existen dos referencias iguales puesto que hay variedades en el proceso de mezcla.
Esta cerveza puede llegar a envejecer varias décadas en botella, sin disminuir su calidad. En esos casos lo que aumenta considerablemente es su precio.
