Prizn Brewing Co. fue una de las cerveceras francesas de nuevo cuño que más me sorprendió. Hace ya unos cuatro años que probé su primera cerveza y me fascinó, con el paso de los años han seguido manteniendo el nivel. Y es que el craft francés goza de buena salud. Cada vez aparecen más cerveceras y de buena calidad. Además de Prizn, podemos encontrar también a Piggy brewing, Azimut, La Superbe, Lebouche, Hoppy road, Fauve, La Malpolon y mi favorita Aerofab.

De todos los estilos de cerveza, quizá las New England India Pale Ale o NEIPA, son los más replicados en toda Francia. Todas las cerveceras que he nombrado anteriormente producen masivamente este estilo que está de moda entre los cerveceros artesanos. Personalmente prefiero las cervezas más amargas, pero hoy en día la fruta y los sabores tropicales lo inundan todo, más aun con la presencia de lúpulos procedentes de Nueva Zelanda y el Hemisferio Sur que aportan matices muy marcados a fruta tropical.
Pues bien, esta cerveza es el claro ejemplo. Mucha fruta, poco amargor, facilidad de trago, color turbio y densidad muy marcada. A mí personalmente me cansa. Aunque lo prefiero a cualquier cerveza industrial.

Of all the beer styles, perhaps New England India Pale Ale or NEIPA, are the most replicated throughout France. All the breweries I mentioned above massively produce this style that is fashionable among craft brewers. Personally, I prefer more bitter beers, but nowadays fruit and tropical flavors flood everything, even more so with the presence of hops from New Zealand and the Southern Hemisphere that provide very marked nuances of tropical fruit.
Well, this beer is the clear example. Lots of fruit, little bitterness, easy to swallow, cloudy color and very marked density. Personally, it tires me. Although I prefer it to any industrial beer.
