Moloko plus: PAstry SOUR con Naranja de Cierzo Brewing (Esp-Eng)

Me encantan las cerveceras que abordan todos lo estilos, desde las clásicas alemanas e inglesas, a las Stout, pasando por las IPA o las ácidas. Cierzo Brewing lo hace con asiduidad. No hay estilo que se le resista. Tras sus últimos lanzamientos en Wild Ale, un estilo de grandísima complejidad, ahora probamos con las SOUR Pastry. No llega a una Smoothie, como pone en la etiqueta, pero sí a una SOUR. Bravo por ellos

La cerveza está realmente buena. Pero como he dicho, le falta mucha densidad y mucha fruta para llegar a ser una Smoothie Pastry, el estilo de modo.
Realmente refrescante y muy compleja en boca, donde se mezclan los sabores ácidos de la levadura, los toques a naranja y destellos de vainilla. Muy buen equilibrio.
Muy bien traído el guiño cinéfilo del nombre de la cerveza. Moloko Plus era el líquido blanco parecido a la leche que bebían los dro0gs en la Naranja Mecánica y que les dejaba listos para la ultraviolencia.

I love breweries that address all styles, from German and English classics, to Stouts, through IPAs or sours. Cierzo Brewing does it regularly. There is no style that can resist it. After their latest releases in Wild Ale, a style of great complexity, we now try SOUR Pastry. It doesn't amount to a Smoothie, as it says on the label, but it does reach a SOUR. Bravo for them

The beer is really good. But as I said, it lacks a lot of density and a lot of fruit to become a Pastry Smoothie, the style of mode.
Really refreshing and very complex in the mouth, where the acid flavors of the yeast, hints of orange and flashes of vanilla mix. Very good balance.
The movie-loving wink of the beer's name is very well done. Moloko Plus was the white milk-like liquid that the dro0gs drank in A Clockwork Orange and that left them ready for ultraviolence.
