Hoy os muestro una cerveza de unos chicos de Segovia, que aunque llevan muchos años haciendo cerveza, es en este último año cuando están cogiendo una gran dimensión.
Las cuatro ultimas referencias suyas que he probado rayan a un gran nivel.

De las mejores cervezas que he probado en lo que va de año... y ya son unas cuantas. 🤣
En primer lugar, la cerveza es muy fresca, enlatada hace menos de un mes, eso aporta un punto extra. La gran cantidad de lúpulo fresco, da ese sabor verde, fresco y amargo que tanto nos gusta a los amantes de las IPA. Predomina ese amargor durante todo el trago y está bien acompañado de sabores frutales de fondo.
Una verdadera delicia
El nombre me resulta gracioso, puesto que es una de esas expresiones que utilizan los adolescentes de hoy en día.

One of the best beers I've tasted so far this year... and there are already quite a few. 🤣
First of all, the beer is very fresh, canned less than a month ago, that adds an extra point. The large amount of fresh hops gives that green, fresh and bitter flavor that we lovers of IPAs like so much. This bitterness predominates throughout the drink and is well accompanied by background fruit flavors.

The name is funny to me, since it is one of those expressions that teenagers use today.
