¿Zumo con alcohol o cerveza ácida afrutada? Qué más da. Este estilo me está conquistando. Como ya he dicho en muchos artículos, no hay cervecera de renombre que se tercie que no se introduzca en el estilo y saque sus versiones del estilo Sour Pastry. Una variante del clásico estilo ácido SOUR cuyas características son los sabores ácidos y agrios producidos por la levaduras, toques muy refrescantes y bajas graduaciones. Aunque estas cervezas pueden llegar hasta los 9º o 10º y su principal característica son los añadidos de fruta y dulce en cantidades ingentes.

La cerveza da lo que promete en su etiqueta, un sartenazo de piña y plátano en armonía perfecta con la sutil vainilla y el potente coco. Una vez más la densidad de la cerveza es espectacular y en ocasiones tienes que remover el vaso para equilibrar los ingredientes. De las cervezas más sabrosas que he probado jamás. Muy refrescante y de trago mu fácil, pues no se nota en absoluto los casi 7º de alcohol. Si tenéis de probar estos estilos, hacedlo, no os dejará indiferentes.

The beer delivers what it promises on its label, a pan of pineapple and banana in perfect harmony with subtle vanilla and powerful coconut. Once again the density of the beer is spectacular and sometimes you have to stir the glass to balance the ingredients. One of the tastiest beers I've ever tried. Very refreshing and very easy to drink, since the almost 7º of alcohol is not noticeable at all. If you have to try these styles, do it, it will not leave you indifferent.
