Hola amigos de Hive, me hallo en esta oportunidad frente a frente con el “asesino de Belero” o a quien la humanidad recuerda, como Belerofonte, uno de los mayores héroes de la mitología griega. Claro, no en presencia del original, sino de una colosal estatua representativa que rinde tributo al personaje, ubicada en el centro urbanístico social de la Finca de los Monos. Donde se yergue, de forma majestuosa, este prodigio de bronce. El cual logra captar la imagen imponente y feroz del héroe griego.

Haciendo un poco de historia sobre este mito griego, Belerofonte al principio era llamado Hipónoo o Leofontes, sin embargo, tras asesinar accidentalmente al tirano Belero, su nombre cambia a Belerofonte, que significa “asesino de Belero”. Entre sus principales hazañas se encuentran, lograr romper la indomable naturaleza de Pegaso, el caballo alado que luego le serviría como fiel compañero de aventuras. Y la gran victoria sobre la terrorífica Quimera, aquella bestia destructiva que era casi imposible vencer.

Sin dudas, sobre este personaje mitológico podríamos pasarnos horas hablando. Debido a sus orígenes, cuentos y secretos. Hello friends of Hive, I find myself in this opportunity face to face with the “murderer of Belero” or who humanity remembers as Bellerophon, one of the greatest heroes of Greek mythology. Of course, not in the presence of the original, but of a colossal representative statue that pays tribute to the character, located in the social urban center of the Finca de los Monos. Where this bronze prodigy stands majestically. Which manages to capture the imposing and fierce image of the Greek hero.

Doing a little history about this Greek myth, Bellerophon at first was called Hippónoo or Leofontes, however, after accidentally assassinating the tyrant Bellerus, his name changes to Bellerophon, which means “assassin of Bellerus”. Among his main feats are, managing to break the indomitable nature of Pegasus, the winged horse that would later serve as his faithful companion in his adventures. And the great victory over the terrifying Chimera, that destructive beast that was almost impossible to defeat.
