Ingredientes:
2taza de harina de trigo leudante.
1taza de agua.
3cucharaditas de azúcar.
1cucharadita de sal.
Ingredients:
2 cups of leavening wheat flour.
1 cup water.
3 teaspoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Importante: si la harina de trigo es todo uso, agregar una cucharadita de levadura.
Important: if the wheat flour is all-purpose, add a teaspoon of yeast.
Preparación:
Agregar el agua, el azúcar y la sal, se mezcla.

Add the water, sugar and salt, mix.
Posteriormente se va agregando la harina y se mezcla con una paleta, cómo cuando ya esté compacta se va agregando más harina y se amasa con las manos hasta que despegue totalmente del envase.
Then the flour is added and mixed with a paddle, and when it is compact, more flour is added and it is kneaded with the hands until it is completely removed from the container.
Se deja reposar por 15 minutos. Y en una superficie limpia se agrega un poquito de harina y se estira con un rodillo.

Luego se cortan tiritas de 1cm de ancho y se enrrolla en los palitos de queso.

En un sartén se coloca suficiente aceite y cuando esté bien caliente se empieza a freír.
