Mango is a very common fruit here in Venezuela. With this wonderful fruit you can do many things, this time I show you the mango jelly.

A few days ago I was provoked to eat this tasty candy and look for the materials to do it. Particularly I am a lover of the typical sweets of my land and I learned to make some.

Today I show you only images of finished mango jelly, but as soon as I go back to making jelly I will show you part of the process of how I make it.
