El emprendimiento es un tema de vieja data, en las ultimas 2 décadas se ha visto un incremento acelerado del mismo. Por otro lado, se encuentran las competencias sociales, estas vienen dadas por las destrezas que le permiten a u individuo relacionarse, formar vínculos estables y efectivos con otras personas o grupos, estas competencias son de gran importancia ya que de ellas depende el éxito de un proyecto, pues facilitan la empatía, manejo de emociones, comunicación y lo más importante permiten romper paradigmas para cambiar realidades actuales.
Sumado a estas, están las habilidades de dirección son el conjunto de competencias y conocimientos que una persona tiene para interactuar con otras llevando a cabo actividades de planificación y coordinación. Estas habilidades son valiosas en el ámbito profesional y laboral debido que permiten la planificación, gestión y control óptimo de las actividades desarrolladas en una organización, con el fin de lograr metas y objetivos propuestos. Finalmente para completar el grupo de 4, se encuentras las habilidades empresariales, las mismas buscan la organización, conducción, sistematización y dirección para lograr encaminar el proceso productivo, por medio d la suma de los recursos humanos que regulan los elementos de producción.
Tras el desarrollo de estas habilidades el emprendedor logra un formación integral, y poseerá las principales herramientas, es por esto que debes ser sincero contigo mismo y hacerte un autoexamen, ¿poseo todas estas habilidades y competencias?, cuando logres identificar cuales si y cuales debes fortalecer trabaja en ellas, y veras como todo este camino se simplifica en gran medida.
