A pesar de todos los problemas económicos y sociales que ocurren en el país siguen existiendo proyectos prometedores y que están basados en una sola cosa : La fé. ¿ Y qué es la fé? tener esperanza y creer que algo ocurrirá , en este caso nosotros esperamos que algo bueno suceda: y es que nuestra sociedad avance y pueda surgir una generación ejemplar, primero donde estamos y luego expandir el proyecto logrando un alcance a nivel mundial.

¿Por qué hablo de nosotros en esta nueva publicación? En esta ocasión mi intención es presentarles un proyecto que ha iniciado desde el año 2017 llamado : Gym Unity donde se enseñan y practican diversas disciplinas orientadas a la exploración y desarrollo de las capacidades humanas logrando que el practicante ejecute movimientos acrobáticos sin ningún tipo de limites , siendo las más resaltantes : Parkour y capoeira.
Why do we talk about us in this new publication? On this occasion my intention is to present a project that has started since 2017 called: Gym Unity where they teach and practice various disciplines aimed at the exploration and development of human abilities, allowing the practitioner to perform acrobatic movements without any limits, being the most outstanding: Parkour and capoeira
Ambas prácticas son consideradas pilares en este gimnasio, aunque la intención es que lleguen a participar diversos deportes para que el público pueda elegir cual practicar tomando como norma que en un solo sitio puede encontrar variedad y todo conviviendo en familia , por eso escencialmente fue elegido su nombre : Unity.

Los entrenamientos también tienen un sello particular pues están basados en el método natural para el trabajo físico combinados con la meditación para el desarrollo de las capacidades infinitas de la mente, pues creemos que mucho de lo que reflejamos en el mundo exterior proviene precisamente de lo que tenemos archivado en el cerebro, es ahí donde se encuentran alojados nuestros buenos pensamientos pero también los no puedo y las excusas que conllevan a no realizar movimientos y en general a no cumplir alguna meta. Es por esta razón que el lema favorito del Gym es :
