Darf ich vorstellen:
Dies ist mein Stapel ungelesener Bücher. Für manche scheint die Menge viel, für manche ein Klacks. Diese Bücher haben sich auf unterschiedliche Weise angesammelt. Vor vier Jahren beispielsweise habe ich auf einen Schlag 100 Bücher auf einer Internetplattform für Lesebegeisterte gewonnen. Andere kamen zu mir durch diverse Großbestellungen. So etwas mache ich heute Gott sei Dank nicht mehr. Vielmehr suche ich neue Bücher sehr gewählt aus. Dennoch ist es noch ein ganzer Haufen, der gelesen werden will. Manche der Bücher sind schon richtige SuB-Leichen, wie beispielsweise "Das Silmarillion" von Tolkien. Es liegt etwa seit 10 Jahren ungelesen bei mir herum, habe aber auf jeden Fall vor es zu lesen. Andere, wie die drei Bände der "Jahrhundert-Saga" von Ken Follet sind erst vor Kurzem bei mir eingezogen. Mein Ziel für dieses Jahr (2018) ist es, diesen Stapel zumindest zu halbieren.
Was lest ihr so im Moment und gibt es Bücher, die schon einmal eine längere Zeit bei euch versauert sind?

Let me introduce you
to my tbr-pile or better known as the pile with my books still to read. For some of you this might be a huge amount of books and others might say that this is nothing. These books came to me on different ways. Four years ago I won a bunch of 100 books at a social platform for booklovers. Others came to me through big orders in the internet. Thankfully nowadays I don't do such thinks any more. Instead I choose my picks wisely. Anyway there is a huge amount of books, which want to be read. Some of them are real tbr-corpses, like "the silmarillion" by Tolkien. I've had it here for about ten years now. But I still want to read it. Others, like the three volumes of the "century trilogy" by Ken Follet moved in recently. My goal for this year (2018) is to halve this tbr-pile.
What do you read at the moment and are you an owner of a tbr-corpse?

Sehr schönen Ansatz. Ich versuche 2 Bücher/Monat zu lesen, aber ich schaffe es irgendwie nicht.
