Well, keep doing it. At 40 you are doing good. I am 60 now and at 60, it will be harder than 40. I remember being pretty strong at 40, but that was 20 years ago. Sure McDonald's sounds good. Now days I try to make sure to eat things with lots of minerals, wakame seaweed, liver, adding grass fed gelatin to my food with some powdered bone broth. Got to keep my skeleton strong.
