I actually doubt it gonna decrease that much any time soon... especially having in mind that a lot of new people joining steemit day by day and I even know quite a few being even willing to invest their fiat into that...
This being said I believe that SBD has to be given even more of a usecase e.g. being adopted as a real currency to pay with. A good example for that is already #steembay. The more it will be adopted the more likely we will have a strong SBD above 1$ ...
