Yes sir you are included!
Simply not enough room for the name to appear on the chart.
Here is a selection of the Data with Portugal in the middle.
You can see population chart top right,
and population change chart bottom right.
All the data used is on the left.
Portugal has greater population that the UAE and slightly less than Sweden.
If I had more data I could create more points.
It appears Portugal, like Hungary and Greece, is declining in population.
