If someone has entered your blacklist, you dont ever remove the person from the list. I have written an apology letter more than two times now yet it more worst now, because you still down vote me on the apology letter. This is very very discouraging and to be frank it makes me not to like steemit anymore, because of this discouragement. I lost my power and yet very post still get a negative vote. I dont think it is fair.
