if black plays any move with knight that is on b7, queen to c5 is checkmate
if black plays any move with knight that is on b7, queen to c3 is checkmate
and if king goes to e3 then queen e5 is checkmate

any move does the black then there is Cc3 and is checkmate, ...it open lines for rook, bishop and attacks d5 (the only escape square for the king).
What is Cc3 ? Did you mean Kc3 ? What if after Qe2 black moves the kind to d5. Then white has a bishop check.

and if black moves king to d5 as you said simply knight takes on f6
and if pawn to d5 then bishop d4 checkmate because knight is guarding d6 i missed that one
and any other move loses to knight c3 as he said
yep... there is always Nc3, just if black moves pawn on d5 you have to do Bd4#
Cc3 means e4 to c3 @blog-beginner .
