- First pick a batch of fresh chilies from from your vegetable patch:


Chop up fresh onions, chillies and garlic and tomatoes:

- Blend together the chillies, onion and garlic:

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook on low heat for 15 mins:
Add sugar and apple cider vingar to the saucepan.

If it is too chunky then blend it again to turn it more into a liquid.
Final result is chillie sauce!!
