China can be more ‘courageous’ in opening up markets and Crypto. But why now?

“Now that we have entered a new stage, we can be more courageous in opening our market to the outside world,” said Zhou Xiaochuan

My guess is that because China is launching PetroYuan in 10 days, once the Yuan replaces the fiat USD (not in one day), the western/Rothschild bankers will no longer be able to manipulate the currency and Libor etc. So China can open up their market because Yuan will be wildly used to settle the payment. And that's the reason why China is willing to open up.

Zhou also said “When we’re pursuing quality-oriented growth, we’ll depend less heavily on the credit-based growth model,”

Does it mean it's the end of (credit) debt based system and the beginning of Gold backed system by China and Russia? Germany and Hungary had/is repatriating their gold. Doesn't sound like owning gold is a "tradition" (Ben Bernanke)

China will launch DECP next year...after the launch of PetroYuan. Could this be PetroYuan/Gold kind of crypto? They do things step by step and we will see.

"China is, on cue, about to initiate on March 26, their famous Petro-Yuan deal (which they have postponed several times). The Petro-Yuan leads into the Petro-Yuan-Gold deal, where the oil exporters will be able to turn Yuan – which they don’t need – into gold." - Hugo Salinas Price
