I believe it to be the other way around. God has, for this time, cut off Israel. Now a Jew may be grafted in to this new work of God, a local New Testament body of Christ called a Baptist church.
Ephesians 2:14-15 (KJV)
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
