In Psalm 20:4 says; May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.
REQUIREMENTS:
DELIGHT YOURSELF IN THE LORD.
Psalm 37:
v4. Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
v5. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
v6. He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.
v7. Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
- discovering who HE is!
- you want a relationship with HIM.
- He is interested in our walk, love and service for Him.
- the more of us that is like Him.
- think if what you desire is God's will for you.
- We don't have to be in need, difficult situation if we did everything in God's way.
COMMIT YOUR WAY TO THE LORD.
- Lord this is the desire of my heart. I just want to commit them to you.
- Stop manipulating things in our own way and our own time.
- God's way and time is always better.

- You can't make God wrong because what you think is right is wrong.
- It's very dangerous to take some passage from the Bible and try to fit it in your situation.
REST IN THE LORD

- Total dependent on GOD
WAIT PATIENTLY UPON THE LORD.
- He is omniscient, omnipotent, if He is delaying His answer He has a purpose.
- Learn to wait....
- We have to grow-up - growing up is waiting upon the Lord.
- Without murmuring, fretting, talking people about this...
There aren't "requirements" for God giving you the desires of your heart. There's no guarantee that God will do so. There's a good chance that God will give you the desires for the things that he wants to give you.
But once again, I see an emphasis by people scheming to get what they want from God. As if God can be fooled or manipulated.
