We've all made mistakes in life one way or another. It doesn't makes us less human, our mistakes don't define us, it molds us into what we become.
Proverbs 26:11-12 Like a dog that returns to its vomit, a fool does the same foolish things again and again. People who think they are wise when they are not are worse than fools.
Just like a dog that returns to its own vomit, don't be a fool that returns and repeats his mistakes over and over again
Always be willing to learn, that is what differentiates you from a fool... Only a fool thinks he knows all

Your biggest wins and lessons in life come from your worst mistakes and flops.
Now, don't ever beat yourself up for the mistakes you make in life. They are there for you to learn from. You can as well call them turning points
It doesn't just happen, God designed them for a reason, he wants you to be a better person by learning from them.
Don't dwell on them, don't get stuck on your mistakes, correct yourself and move on
