"Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the Lord: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen." 2 Kings 4:1
Pressure is a product of having problems and not knowing what to do.
It is a product of doubt and fear.
"But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink..." Matthew 14:30
Remember that God has promised us victory even in the face of problems.
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it" 1 Corinthians 10:13
Do not give in to pressures, do not allow fear of the unknown to swallow you, for there is
a way to escape.
The husband of the woman in our text died because of pressure, but the woman was productive despite facing the same challenge of debt.
TO TURN PROBLEMS INTO PRODUCTIVITY:
°SEEK HIGHER WISDOM FROM GOD.
God has a way out for you. The ways of God are higher than our ways.
One Word From God will give you a turn around.
°APPLY PRACTICAL APPROACH TO ISSUES.
Don't become emotional and hopeless in your situation and give up.
What you don't confront practically, you can't overcome.
"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord..." Isaiah 1:18
That problems can be handled if you engage practical wisdom.
°BE WILLING TO START SMALL.
Start with what you have.
Faith shows you the future, wisdom starts from the present.
Believe big, but start small.
"For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?" Luke 14:28
See every challenging situation as a ladder to your productivity.
Don't run from challenges, face them and overcome them.
"...in all these things we are more than conquerors..." Romans 8:37
