So many people fail to receive blessings, breakthrough, healing and deliverance from illness because of over familiarity. It takes a man or woman of high faith to receive extra-ordinary blessings from God.
This woman with the issue of blood made a decision and had the faith, for she said, if I may touch but his cloth, I shall be whole.
Mark 5:25-34 King James Version (KJV)
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
Many other people with certain illness where with Jesus but only her was recorded in the Bible that believed that she can be healed by just touching his garment. Before now we were told in verse 2-15 about one of the miracle Jesus did immediately he entered the city, several other miraculous works were also recorded. At times I kept on asking myself what gave her such faith? And several other questions.
The fact was she saw Jesus beyond the physical understanding of mortal men .So many a time people fail to receive blessings, healing because they see pastors, prophet with the natural eyes of
(1) He is not as educated as me
(2) He is not up to my younger siblings
(3) He is not as rich as I am etc.
When you fail to recognize person's placed to lead you, then you can never receive the blessings from god through them.
We were told in the Bible that Jesus couldn’t perform much miracles as he use to do in his home town.
Why?
Because they saw him as the son of Joseph the carpenter .The bible says ‘I will honor the words that shall co me forth from my servant mouth’ His word shall not return void.
From today hence forth repent from any way you might have looked down on your pastor .This might be the reason why you have not received your blessings, miracle, healing or financial breakthrough.
I encourage you today, give your pastor & Spiritual leaders placed ahead of you the maximum respect they deserve and believe in the word that comes forth and you shall be blessed.

But we can't touch his cloak today. Jesus healed people to show that he was the Christ. Those kinds of healings don't take place today.
This essence of the teaching is to make us know that touching his garment doesn't essentially means we must touch Jesus garment physically as the woman did because Jesus is not on earth in this present dispensation but to open our hearts and eyes to the spiritual aspect of the story.
God still answers prayers, when we look up to him in faith just the same way the woman did then we can receive spiritual blessings.
