Stop living to please others and live to please God. Whatever obstacle you face today, God's Word promises that He will lead you to a place of triumph in Christ (see 2Cor 2:14).

Your friends will impact the direction of your life. Scripture says that bad company can affect good character. Choose your friends wisely and spend time with people who are helping you become better. Set a godly example because you never know who your life is silently influencing.

  • Obedience brings great blessings into your life. Everything God asks you to do will ultimately work out for your good and His purposes. Make it a priority to deal with the little things in your heart, offenses, bitterness, anger, wrong attitudes. If the little things aren’t dealt with they fester and become big things that can have a serious impact on your life.

  • Deal with them in prayer and by surrendering them to God. He will take your burdens and give you beauty, joy and peace instead. Quit telling yourself, “I can’t do this; it’s too hard. I’ve had too many setbacks.” You can do what you want to do. Don’t miss your destiny because you didn’t want it bad enough. What God put in you is worth fighting for.

  • It’s worth being uncomfortable. It’s worth having to stretch, to get up early, to try again, to do what others aren’t willing to do. You may not realize this, but you are amazing. No matter what other people may have told you, God says you are loved, valuable, precious, talented, gifted, capable, powerful, wise, and redeemed. God has a good plan for you.
  • Get excited about your life. You are created in God's image and there is no one else on the planet that is exactly like you. You are one of a kind and that makes you valuable. Who you are in Christ is amazing. I pray for restoration in relationships, that God will teach you to love others the way He loves you and fill you with His peace and joy in every area of your life, in the name of Jesus. Have an amazing Wednesday in CHRIST.

Self-centered people are easily offended. They find ways to get upset over the simplest and silliest things! Then they proceed down that well traveled path to depression, discouragement, and defeat. Why? They're totally consumed with self

If you would take a step back and be objective when you start sliding into another crisis, you could save yourself much grief. Ask the hard questions, "Where do I stand in this? Why am I so defeated? Has my self been stepped on?" If you deal with yourself like this when your feathers get ruffled, many of your "crises" would cease to be crises.

  • Dead people never feel a thing! You can do all kinds of mean things to a corpse without any response. Kick it, spit on it, slap it, do whatever but it won't retaliate. Why? Because it's dead! According to the Bible, you are supposed to be dead (Rom. 6:8 and 2 Tim. 2:11) Why, then, are you hurt so easily when someone says or does something to you? Why do you have so many problems in your relationships? Plain and simple pride is still aliveAndrew wommack ministries
