Struggles actually started in Genesis, it has continued and will only end upon one's redemption.. This simply means that struggle for survival is unusual and a curse that came upon mankind after the first fall of man. Man was not created for struggles but he became a victim of struggle after God pronounced a curse upon him
Genesis 3:17-19(KJV)
3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it was thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return
If you born again, you have been redeemed from this curse of struggles...

At the death of Jesus on the cross, every curse and every swear(evil word) was nailed. This should make us excited because it means that all our struggles have been nailed to the cross. Therefore, rebirth places us in a position we longer need to sweat to win again.
