Sickness and diseases come from different sources. The natural wear and tear down of the body. As we go through life daily. Our body encounter the harsh elements of nature, I mean the sun, wind, water and other products of nature, both externally and internally. The plus or minus of any of the natural elements and by-products of nature which is essential to our living causes different ranges of diseases. Some things are not supposed to be found in us sometimes through interaction with nature they come in and cause destruction.
On the spiritual side, one may not have problem with these natural causes of disease but yet suddenly discover some grievous disorder in our systems. This is due to spiritual interaction with some demonic forces. Some of the evil forces could be physical, visible and invisible. The activities of evil forces can deposit sicknesses upon somebody.
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. - Ephesians 6:10-12 NIV.
Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span. “I will send my terror ahead of you and throw into confusion every nation you encounter. I will make all your enemies turn their backs and run. - Exodus 23:25-27 NIV.
The promise of God is, if we serve Him well, He will bless the water we drink and the food we eat so that whatever natural diseases in the atmosphere, it will not hurt us. When we are right with God, He sanctifies even poison and make it health for us.
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” - Mark 16:17-18 NIV.
In the case of demonic attack on someone, we rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to cast out the devil of afflictions and get healed. Believing in Christ transform us from an ordinary man to an extraordinary being.
I believe that all sickness and diseases comes from negative energy or dark spirits. There are no verses in the bible about sickness other than for those who sinned or possessed.

You're misinterpreting Ephesians. Demonic forces have nothing to do with illnesses.
Mark 16 is often quoted to defend ideas that are found nowhere else in scripture. The ending of Mark is not found in the earliest and best manuscripts. It should be obvious to anyone with common sense that Christians can't drink deadly poison or heal people or handle deadly snakes.
Exodus 23 has nothing to do with what you're talking about.
