En este relato bíblico estudiaremos la conducta de una mujer que padecía de flujo de sangre desde hace doce años y oyó hablar de Jesús.
En el evangelio de Marcos 5:21-27, vemos como un principal de la sinagoga le ruega al Señor que lo acompañe a su casa porque su hija estaba gravemente enferma.
Por el camino, en medio de una gran multitud que lo rodeaba, entra a la escena una mujer en busca de una salvación. Cuenta el pasaje que ella padecía de flujo de sangre, la verdad que la Biblia no dice si era cáncer en alguna parte del útero, pero si dice que era una enfermedad que la azotaba.
Cabe mencionar que a las mujeres con este problema las aislaban y era penalizado por las leyes judías el que ellas tocaran o fueran tocadas por alguien, ni siquiera les era permitido que ellas usaran o tocaran alguna cosa que no sea de ellas o alguien tocara algo de ellas, sobre todo su cama, porque eran consideradas inmundas (Levítico 15:25-27). Imaginémonos por un instante a ésta mujer por doce años en esta situación, sin poder recibir ni dar abrazos.
Pues la verdad, el hecho de ella estar aislada no le impedía escuchar. Podemos ver a esta mujer acostada y a lo lejos oír a alguien decir que el Señor Jesús pasaría por allí, probablemente de un brinco saltó de la cama y dijo, la verdad no sé cómo voy hacer, pero de algún modo me acerco y aunque sea su ropa toco, porque de seguro seré salva.
Podemos también imaginar a su familia decirle: estás loca, como se te ocurre ir donde está esa persona en medio de tanta gente y sobre todo anda un principal de la sinagoga con él, hasta te podrían matar si ven quien eres tú y si saben que pasaste en medio de ellos.
Esta mujer se arriesgó, pasó por en medio de la gente hasta fue apretujada y llegó a tocar el borde del manto de Jesús
El pasaje dice:
“Y en seguida la fuente de su sangre se secó; y sintió en su cuerpo que estaba sana de aquel azote.
Luego Jesús, conociendo en sí mismo el poder que había salido de Él, volviéndose a la multitud, dijo: ¿Quién ha tocado mis vestidos? (Marcos 5:29-30).
Nos podemos dar cuenta que el Señor al hacer la pregunta la mujer no se quedó callada, ella a sí misma pudo haber dicho bien ya yo estoy sana no voy a arriesgarme a que me apedreen, ella más bien confesó el milagro que le había ocurrido y ese día no solamente fue sanada, tuvo el privilegio de ser llamada hija, ser salva por la fe que tuvo en Él, andar en paz, y sin el azote de la enfermedad. “Y Él le dijo: Hija, tu fe te ha hecho salva; ve en paz, y queda sana de tu azote” (Marcos 5:34).
Esta mujer al ver la oportunidad que Jesús le da para dar su testimonio, confesó que necesitaba ser salva y por ello tocó su manto, esto es porque lo vio como su Señor y Salvador.
Este pasaje nos enseña que muchas veces perdemos grandes bendiciones porque estamos enfocados en los problemas o en las circunstancias y no buscamos al que puede no solamente darnos la solución a nuestras necesidades. Sino que también nos da el privilegio de hacernos sus hijos, si lo confesamos públicamente como el Señor y Salvador de nuestras vidas.

In this biblical account we will study the behavior of a woman who suffered from blood flow for twelve years and heard about Jesus.
In the Gospel of Mark 5: 21-27, we see how a synagogue principal begs the Lord to accompany him to his home because his daughter was seriously ill.
On the way, in the midst of a large crowd that surrounded him, a woman enters the scene in search of salvation. Tells the passage that she suffered from blood flow, the truth that the Bible does not say if it was cancer somewhere in the uterus, but if it says it was a disease that lashed.
It is worth mentioning that the women with this problem were isolated and it was penalized by the Jewish laws that they touched or were touched by someone, they were not even allowed to use or touch anything that is not theirs or someone touched something of they, especially their bed, because they were considered unclean (Leviticus 15: 25-27). Imagine for a moment this woman for twelve years in this situation, unable to receive or give hugs.
Well the truth, the fact of her being isolated did not prevent her from listening. We can see this woman lying down and in the distance to hear someone say that the Lord Jesus would pass by, probably jumped out of bed and said, I really do not know how I'm going to do, but somehow I approach and even though it's her I play clothes, because surely I will be saved.
We can also imagine his family telling him: you are crazy, how can you go where that person is in the midst of so many people and especially a synagogue leader with him, they could even kill you if they see who you are and if they know that you passed in their midst.
This woman took a risk, passed through the middle of the crowd until she was squeezed and came to touch the edge of Jesus' cloak
The passage says:
"And immediately the source of his blood dried up; and he felt in his body that he was healed of that scourge.
Then Jesus, knowing in himself the power that had come from him, turning to the crowd, said: Who has touched my clothes? (Mark 5: 29-30)
We can realize that the Lord when asking the question the woman was not quiet, she herself could have said well and I am healthy I will not risk being stoned, she rather confessed the miracle that had happened to her and that day she was not only healed, she had the privilege of being called daughter, to be saved by the faith she had in him, to walk in peace, and without the scourge of illness. "And He said to her: Daughter, your faith has made you saved; Go in peace, and be healed of your scourge "(Mark 5:34).
This woman, seeing the opportunity that Jesus gives her to give her testimony, confessed that she needed to be saved and therefore touched her mantle, this is because she saw him as her Lord and Savior.
This passage teaches us that many times we lose great blessings because we are focused on problems or circumstances and do not look for those who can not only give us the solution to our needs. He also gives us the privilege of making us his children, if we publicly confess him as the Lord and Savior of our lives.
