The True Meaning of Christmas
Greeting cards are rarely used,
It just doesn’t seem right.
Each one I make is filled,
With the Story of that first Christmas night.
It was so very long ago,
But let’s not forget those scenes.
A Savior was born in a manger,
That is what Christmas means.
Through the power of The Holy Spirit,
On every knee must bend,
His name is held above all names,
On Jesus, we can depend.
So much more than chestnuts roasting,
So much more than pretty trees.
Jesus is why we are celebrating,
We should be humbled upon our knees!
Always say Merry Christmas, never Happy Holidays.
Jesus is the Christ in Christmas,
He gave His life for your sins, Just Believe!
