i see there are some The Expanse fans here. It is maybe the best out there at the moment.
I am a sucker for sci-fi so i watched almost everything i got hold off, especially when i had more time. If there are aliens, spaceships, time travel... i will probably give it a go :)
Stargate Universe was not that bad but if i remember it they rushed it (i think there was something about cancelation, so they had to finish it. It was long ago so not sure). Loved all of the Stargate. Except the Stargate Origins, that sucked.
On the quality of the shows last few years. I think it is the combination of bad writing and the need of being woke first and plot second. I feel like when they write stories now, they first think how can we be woke enough and then they write a plot around that. That Startrek Discovery they them talk was painful and screaming look how woke we are...
you can be gay, straight, trans, alien, mix of 6 different alien species, lesbian android, what ever, just write it so it makes sense and it has a place in the plot...
Yeah, I feel that. I think it's hard to write a film under woke ideology and have it make sense. Hard to do though since they are literally only giving awards to woke films these days, and those that buck the trend, get fuck all
