I usually post my reviews in the Movies & Tv Show community, it's a huge and very good community. My question is can I participate in this just using your tags? or do I have to post from your website?

Just throw in the tags. No need to be on the website. There is no penalty there. That might change though if I spent a ton of money changing the front end and no-one uses it :)
