Charlie Chaplin was no doubt a super star of comedy. But on Indian shores Brahmanandam is considered the best living comedy legend.
Yeah, he is great icon of South industry. He also holds a record of being into maximum numbers of films. We can find his comic roles in every South Indian movie.
Bollywood also have Johnny Lever and Rajpal Yadav known for there comic roles in numerous Bollywood movies.
I guess I have seen this man quite a lot of times in the Indian movies. Typically he plays the role of the side character and found the heroes of the Indian movies generally slapping him for his funny behavior in the movies.
I haven't much seen Charlie Chaplin's work. But I have grown up watching Mr. Bean and Rowan Atkinson is the one who made the childhood awesome. I still watch Mr bean on YouTube many times, lol.
In Bollywood, Govinda and Khadar Khan duo delivered many comedy hits, which are quite popular even today.
Charlie Chaplin was the legendary actor who made the world laugh with his acting skills. Very rarely he used to speak but all his movies were about the funny tricks he used to do in his films.
Mr. Bean is a really a legend. Hatsoff to Rowan Atkinson for giving this most comedic and lovely series of Mr. Bean.
Govinda is a real comedy king of Bollywood movies. His No 1 series was a really interesting piece. Hero 1 , coolie 1 and god knows what all number one movies he acted in. His pairing with Karishma was awsome
One of the best cinemas which made us laugh was Bollywood film Hera Pheri and its sequel Phir Hera Pheri. Bollywood has also given some blockbuster Comedy Flicks like Dhamaal, Golmaal Series, Welcome 1st part and many more. Talking of Actors, Paresh Rawal, Jonny Lever, and even Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn has acted best in comedy genre.
If you come to Hollywood we have Hangover Series, Horrible Bosses Series, We also have Dictator and even some animated series like Kungfu Panda series.
I really like Paresh Raval and the Hera Feri and Phir Hera feri were the real classic and out of the box movies
