Thankfully, we’re now in late spring, and summer is just over the horizon.
I hope you enjoyed this small sample of my circusy shenanigans from the last 12 months, and i leave you with the time i spent week at a circus convention at the Dutch Olympic training facility, and accidentally became European Masters 5Km Joggling Champion. You couldnt make it up 🥳🤪

I think ive joggled my way around 40 different locations, across 6 different countries so far. Quite a few to go yet 😂

Mind you, ive only managed to do 2 of thise without dropping a ball at least once.
So, as per the rules of joggling, once you pick up the ball, you go back to behind the point you droppped at, and resume from there.
Ha! Makes sense for a record. Glad you don't have to do that at parkrun to make it count. !LOL
I follow the same rules regardless. Its no harm to create good habits 😂
