| Kalyazin is a small ancient city on the Volga. Unfortunately, most of the historic center is now under water. The city was sacrificed in the late 30-ies during the construction of the hydroelectric station and the creation of the Uglich water reservoir. | Part of Kalyazin, from where the photo of the street, was on the high part of the coast and preserved. The city in this part consists of small houses that are not currently perceived as urban. And the streets are not asphalted here. From the Volga they preserved the ancient cobblestone, and above, as in the photo, just ground. | Часть Калязина, откуда фотография улицы, находилась на высокой части берега и сохранилась. Я так понимаю - это маленькая лужа. Я вот недели 3 назад на велике въехал в лужу, так колесо завязло переднее, пришлось мне ногой в лужу...
Верю сразу и безоговорочно. Что-что, а луж у нас в России богато. :D
