Ask yourself this: If South Carolina fired the first shot out of Charleston, who were the invaders? Also have you ever wonder how liberals support Islam which, to this day, embraces slavery. But the Confederates are evil because they embraced slavery 170 years ago.
I have decided that 90 percent of the people in the world have never read a history book outside of school. If they did read one, I would bet it has been written in the past 15 years. If you want to learn about history you can only read books written at the time you are learning about. Anything after that time is an opinion about the subject, not a first hand account.
In all honesty who cares anymore why the war was started. The only thing anyone should care about is the destruction of history, or the "burning of the books".
Agreed! If people were to go read books or newspaper articles about Israel and Germany, written between 1910 and 1945 tell would fall off their chair! Same thing goes for books written about Russia in the same time period. The contrary information blew my mind!
To this day my mind is blown. I did some digging in some very old history books, newspapers, and old music(surprising what you hear in songs) and it changed my perception of the world. It also verified I was cheated by school.
